Order Confirmation & Policy Agreement

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Return & Refund Policy.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You have reviewed and accepted our return conditions and timeframes

  • You agree to follow the return process outlined below

  • In case of a chargeback or dispute, this policy and all related order records may be used as supporting evidence


Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Items must be returned in original packaging and condition

  • Only normal inspection and handling are allowed

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Returns are processed within 7 business days after receiving the item.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear, misuse, or damage not caused by us.


How to Request a Return

Please wait for return instructions before sending your item.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of shipment until your return is completed.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at:

Once reviewed:

  • A replacement may be offered depending on availability

  • In some cases, a return may not be required

Replacements are typically processed within 7–14 business days.


Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your package is lost in transit:

We will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier and, if confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund.

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address, a $35 fee may be deducted from your refund to cover handling and shipping costs.


Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you may request a return after delivery.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving concerns quickly and fairly.

In the event of a chargeback, we may provide the following documentation to your payment provider:

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay the resolution process.


Important Information

  • Returns must be sent to our international fulfillment center

  • Return shipping costs are not covered

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

  • Hygiene-sensitive items must be returned unused and in original condition
